Businesses may create accounts and subscribe to list their profiles. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Subscriptions grant access to the platform’s services as described, and access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
Users are responsible for the content they submit, including business descriptions, images, and service listings. Prohibited conduct includes submitting false information, infringing intellectual property, spamming, or any activity that violates laws. The platform reserves the right to remove content or block users who violate these rules.
Payments for subscriptions are processed via integrated payment gateways. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain continuous and reliable access to the platform, service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues may occur due to maintenance, system limitations, or circumstances beyond our control. The platform shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from website downtime, service interruptions, or unavailability.
