How can I find suppliers?
You can easily search by category, sub-category, location, or keyword using our advanced search filters.
How do I contact a supplier?
Once you find a supplier you’re interested in, simply use our built-in inquiry form to send a message. All communication stays secure within the platform. You can also view the supplier’s profile to access their website, social media pages, and additional contact information if provided.
Are suppliers verified?
All suppliers listed on our platform undergo a strict approval and screening process before being accepted. This may include reviews of business registration, certifications, product information, and overall credibility.
While we take careful steps to assess each supplier prior to approval, we still encourage buyers to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreements, as certain details and factors remain beyond our direct control or verification scope.
What if I have issues with a supplier?
We encourage both parties to resolve any issues directly. However, if you experience fraud, unresponsiveness, or any serious concerns, please contact our support team, and we’ll review the situation promptly.
Can I leave reviews for suppliers?
Yes. After completing a transaction or collaboration, you can rate and review suppliers to share your experience. Your feedback helps maintain transparency and assists other buyers in making informed choices.
To ensure fairness and authenticity, all reviews are subject to moderation and verification before being published, helping us confirm that feedback is genuine, relevant, and appropriate.

How do I join and list my business?
Click on “Be Discovered” and provide the required details about your business, including your company information, product offerings, and portfolio. Once submitted, your details will be carefully reviewed to ensure completeness and legitimacy before your listing goes live on the platform. You will be notified of any updates or approval status via your registered email address.
Is there a fee to feature my business?
Yes, we charge a minimal listing fee to feature your business on the platform. For a limited time, a special early-bird rate is available to the first 100 businesses who sign up. You can view the plan details and inclusions by clicking “Be Discovered” on the homepage.
How do I respond to buyer inquiries or RFQs?
Whenever a buyer sends an inquiry through the platform, you’ll be notified via your registered email address. You can then respond directly on the platform and send quotations or proposals.
Can I update my profile or product listings later?
Yes. You can edit your business profile, add new products, or update details anytime from your supplier dashboard. All revisions are subject to review and approval before they go live.
How can I improve my visibility on the platform?
To maximize your visibility, we recommend:
